Update: The contest has now ended.  Stay tuned for the winners to be announced later today!

Just a quick reminder that if you have not already entered to win a three night stay at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa in San Antonio, that your time is almost up.  Entries must be received by Tuesday July 24th at Noon Central.  The Grand Prize winner gets a complimentary three night mid-week stay at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa (blackout dates such as holiday weeks and Texas Spring Break week do apply.  The prize has no cash value).  Additionally, all three nights must be used on one trip.  The Grand Prize winner will also receive a $250 Hyatt gift card to use at this resort for food, beverages, Camp Hyatt, golf, spa treatments, etc. (yes, it must be used at this Hyatt).  Two runner-up winners will receive a $50 Visa gift card.  You can have up to three entries by commenting once on each of the three reviews of the resort and the family friendly activities we participated in while in San Antonio.  Those three posts are linked below.  Any comments made on this post do not count toward the contest.

Part 1: Overview of room, lobby, and Regency Club

Part 2: Amenities and activities at the resort

Part 3: Things to do in San Antonio

I will randomly select one winner from each of those three posts Tuesday afternoon.  Of those three winners, I will then randomly select the Grand Prize winner.  The other two runners up will each receive $50 Visa gift cards.  I bet you can guess which card and shopping portal I used to purchase those cards for 9x points!  The Grand Prize winner will be put in touch with Hyatt to arrange their free three night stay and $250 Hyatt gift card.  I will send the $50 Visa gift cards to the other two winners.  I can’t wait to find out who the winners are tomorrow!

  1. So glad to hear many of you are as excited about the contest as I am. Just a reminder, entries come from comments left in the three posts linked in this post. (in other words, comments left on this post don’t count). 😉

    • @Greg, the three posts linked in this post are where you enter. Leave comment on each of those three posts for three entries.

  2. Thanks Mommy Points for all the great posts. I have been following your blog daily, very excellent blog. You got me interested in getting a Chase Ink Bold card and I looked up some information. You mentioned you can get 9x points to buy Visa gift cards through your favorite portal. I would guess that’s Chase Ultimate Rewards site? By following your thread, I understand Ink Bold gives 5x points for Office purchases but I don’t get how to get 9x points? I thought the Visa gift card can only be purchased at local store, so how can points be stacked up to 9x? I must be missing something, thanks for clarifying and thanks again for all the great help and tips 🙂

    • You can get to 9x right now by buying gift cards at Staples through the UR portal online. Hope that helps!

  3. thanks for this blog. I have churned credit cards in the past but not really knowing what i was doing. Now with your help i can kick it up a notch

  4. Thanks Mommy Points for your response. You mentioned buying gift cards at Staples with Ink Bold will get 9x (5x Ink Bold + 4x Staples UR portal). But I guess the gift cards you are referring to are retail store gift cards not Visa or AE gift cards? If I want to buy Visa gift card for regular spending then I guess the most I can get is 5x from Ink Bold, as I don’t see Staple online sells any Visa card. Please let me know if I got it wrong. Thanks very much for your help again. Will stay tuned. 🙂

  5. Hi Mommy Points, sorry to bother you, still looking for a confirmation on my previous question. So if I want to buy Visa or AE gift card, is 5x the most I can get from Bold as online portal doesn’t sell these gift cards. Thanks very much for your time and help. Enjoy your week.
