Amazing Fares from Many US Cities to Asia ($500-600ish RT)

Sorry I don’t have more time right how to post a bunch of details about this fare (it’s dinnertime/bathtime/bedtime and we still have to pack for tomorrow’s trip), but I wanted to make sure that no one accidentally misses out on the amazing fares right now from many US cities to many cities in Asia.  What is even better is that Delta, United, and American are all participating in this deal, so you have your choice of alliances.

According to The Flight Deal (follow them on Twitter @TheFlightDeal if you haven’t already), the least expensive cities to fly to are: Taipei, Manila, Hong Kong, and Singapore, though other cities are also available.  What is crazy is that these fares in the $500 range aren’t just valid from the West Coast, but there are many cities on the East Coast that are in on the action as well.  Read their post for a full listing.  You can also read more about others’ experiences booking these fares on Flyertalk.

The only trick to this is you have to pack your bags very quickly.  You must depart on September 25th or 26th, but can return on various dates starting in October through December.  This one won’t work for me, but it is a great deal for those who can get in on it.  $500 RT to/from so many cities to Asia is amazing.  Congrats to anyone with the flexibility to get in on this!

  1. got my wife and daughter (under 2) each their own seat ATL > NRT > MNL RT $925ai for both! grandparents get to see the baby for the first time. Wish I could take off for 3 weeks as well, but I have burned too much vacation so far this year on other deals. Awesome fare though. Got in on it last night around midnight.

  2. I have to ask as someone new to these blogs. How do you figure these out. By searching around on something like ITA. Or are they published or what?

You guys are flying to another continent (sp) for what it cost me rt to FLL and i am amazed at the wealth of knowledge and sharing on these blogs.

This be the first month in 11 (september) that I haven’t flown somewhere for a long weekend to runaway lol . Maybe now that I found this place I can go somewhere off the charts or on my bucket list.

Thanks again for all the time and effort you put into these blogs!!!! But tell me how you find these deals please

  3. I just saw the post this morning. About an hour ago I paid $517 for NY to MNL. I have paid a lot more to travel this route in the past.

Thanks for the alert to this great deal.

  4. @ Ceres – Mommy Points referenced The Flight Deal website for finding the deal. I’d guess that she follows them via social media (Twitter, Facebook, etc), through an RSS reader, or simply uses bookmarks to review her favorite blogs and websites as time permits.

Two other great resources are the Milepoint and Flyertalk websites, each have a dedicated forum that deal with Mileage Runs, Mistake Fares and other great deals. Monitoring both of these forums would help tip you off to deals such as the one she posted about…

    • Yes, that is what I typically do to follow deals. MP, FT, some flight deal sites, and helpful friends on Twitter/FB/MP, etc.
