Deal Analysis:

I did some spot checking for rates on a weekend in mid-August at Miami Beach, Coronado Bay, Boston Back Bay Hotel, and New Orleans Hotel.  The first three mentioned were all over $300 per night plus taxes per night.  That means via this deal you would be getting two nights for less than one night when booking with the website (for the dates I checked).  The New Orleans Hotel was only $139 on the nights I checked, so that one wouldn’t have been as good of a deal at all.  You need to spend some time checking the average daily rate of the property you are interested in to determine if this is a good deal, but for major cities where hotels are often pretty pricey it might be.  The only down sides are potential blackout dates, but otherwise $247.50 all-in for two nights in cities like New York, Boston, and Montreal could be pretty solid.  There are a very limited number of these packages, but this looks like a “sleeper deal” that actually has some real value depending on how you plan to redeem.

These deals go on sale Tuesday at 1PM Eastern on the Daily Getaways website.
