Update: Here is my much more detailed full review of the lounge!

I’m spending my morning at the brand new American Express Centurion Lounge at DFW that just opened this morning, and if you follow me on Twitter (@mommy_points) then you may have seen a few little sneak previews already. For those of you not on Twitter, here are a few quick peeks. Expect a full report with tons of pictures and a video very soon, but until then know that this is a huge deal for those who originate in or transit through DFW’s Terminal D. I would make a point to visit this lounge on virtually every trip if I was a DFW regular, especially since American Express Platinum card holders now get in free!

  1. Wasn’t overly impressed with the LAS Centurion Lounge relative to other lounges. This review has me now considering a stop at the DFW one though. The presumably faux greenery at the entrance is at least visually appealing in a photo. The best seat in the house does look incredible, and even longer than the best seat I found at LAS (Almost fell asleep, which would’ve been bad as I’d have missed my flight) 🙂

If I have time, I will definitely swing by for a drink and massage on Friday evening. Nice review.

  2. Will certainly stop in next week when i am at DFW! Thanx for the pics. Wasn’t sure it was going to be worth it going out of my way.
