Many of the hotels now have their fall bonus point promotions announced (and Hyatt’s is now less targeted than when it originally started). You can add Best Western to the list of hotels handing out a little something extra for those with eligible stays this fall via their fall promo. As always, you can view an updated list of hotel promos on my permanent Hotel Promos Page.
Best Western Rewards members who register for the fall promotion (though still showing summer promo) and book their stay at bestwestern.com will receive 1,000 bonus points for each qualified stay from September 2nd through November 23rd. Elite members will receive an additional 500 bonus points per stay. There is no limit on the number of bookings and points members can earn during the promotion period.
It’s not overly complex, it’s not exciting, but it’s something!
Still anxiously waiting for something from Starwood – this is later than they announced the fall promo last year, but not as late as it has started some years, so there is still hope. Club Carlson and IHG Rewards have also been quite quiet thus far. All in all not a very exciting time for hotel promotions, but something extra is always better than nothing. I guess they want us to rack hotel points via rewards earning credit cards instead of actual hotel stays…
