United and Chase are again teaming up to offer Chase United VIP Lounges in two different malls this holiday season, open to United co-branded credit card holders and up to three of their guests.

The two malls that will feature the Chase United VIP Lounges this year are Westfield San Francisco Centre and The Mall at Short Hills, New Jersey.  I visited the VIP Lounge they had at the Houston Galleria a couple of years ago, and I sure wish they were doing this again in Houston, but that location seems to have been dropped while the other two remain.

Chase VIP LoungeNot only do the lounges offer a place to sit, charge your phone, get some snacks and drinks, and have a couple of presents wrapped, but they also give out United Club passes on select days if you bring in new, unwrapped presents for Toys for Tots.  This means something cool for you (or for you to share with a friend), and a toy for a kid in need this holiday season.

  1. I am really disappointed with United Chase not bringing the lounge back to Houston again this year. My husband and kids enjoyed it so much when it was here a couple of years ago. I am considering not using our United Chase card’s for the Christmas holidays because of this……

  2. And no love for Chase Ultimate Rewards cardholders (which, at least for those with UA status, is a much better card for accruing United miles than the UA cards). Ahh, another sack full of rocks for Christmas….

  3. I’m another unhappy Houstonian. The Chase-United VIP Lounge was great 2 years ago and certainly benefitted a great cause. It was packed each day. Chase-United can you hear us in Houston?
