Frontier Flights from $19 for Discount Den Members:

Frontier Airlines is offering flights today starting at $19 each way for those who are members of their Discount Den.  For those not familiar with the Discount Den (I sure wasn’t), it costs $49.99 per year to be a member and you then get access to the “lowest fares”, among other perks you can view here.  I’m not thrilled that you have to pay money to book the lowest fares the way Spirit Airlines operates, but it can certainly work out in your favor, especially if you are booking for multiple people.

  1. Is it my imagination or my Chrome settings but your blog opens up super huge (text and graphics) compared to other boarding area blogs.

Anyway. The Houston – Las Vegas on Frontier for $19 seems mileage run worthy but I assume they dink you on the miles / points or whatever Frontier is doing these days. The Discount Den seems like a copycat of the $9 fare club at Spirit. Seems like a good trade off if you fly them enough.
