Low cost airline Frontier has airfare sales very frequently with prices going as low as $19 each way, but what I really like about today’s sale is that there are discounted flights available through April.  It can be tough for a family to jump on some of their very close-in sales, but with this one you can even do some advance planning, though if you are 100% married to a traditional school schedule you may not be able to take advantage of the absolute lowest prices.

Frontier $19 Sale

However, even if you are married to a school calendar, don’t rule this sale out because I’m seeing even $19 (Discount Den) flights from Houston to Orlando during the Christmas Break and Spring Break weeks!  Some other routes are showing similar patterns so look carefully.  Some of the lowest priced $19 flights or similar require “Discount Den” membership which may be worth it since you can use one membership for your whole family, but do the math as sometimes non-members can get flights for just $10 – $20 more each way.

Here are some example route prices, though this is far from a complete list.

Denver – Los Cabos $98

Cleveland – Cancun $62

Cleveland – Orlando $19

Houston – Denver $19 (including during ski season!!)

Chicago – Tampa $19

Denver – Las Vegas $19

Washington Dulles – Orlando $29

Austin – Las Vegas $29

Frontier 19 Sale

You must purchase tickets by October 27, 2015 (tomorrow), and I have to admit this sale is among the most tempting in a while because of the good routes on discount (at least from Houston) and the long period of allowable travel dates.  I mean, you can get a family of four to Denver from Houston to ski during the winter for just $152 all-in total.  That would be a good price for one round trip ticket, but that is the price for four (assuming you have Discount Den membership).

Anyone jump in on this sale?
