There are a few hotel promo updates I wanted to give on this lazy Sunday morning…

IHG Into the Nights promo reverts back to the original terms:

After some insanity last week where the requirements for the IHG Into the Nights promo changed mid-promo for many people, as they promised, the requirements are now back to their original formats on many accounts, including mine.

IHG Into the Nights Promo Fixed

Now, the tracker isn’t actually tracking my stays appropriately (or at least timely) as I should just have one required night left, but at least it again shows just one mobile app booking required.

Earn “unlimited” Hyatt Gold Passport points when booking via mobile app:

This isn’t a new promo, but I just wanted to offer a reminder and confirmation that you really can get the 1,000 bonus points via Hyatt mobile bookings over and over again through the end of the year.  If you aren’t familiar with this offer, you can get 1,000 bonus points for each Hyatt stay booked via their mobile app or mobile website, so that could add up to a decent number of points if you have a number of stays to book (or re-book) for the rest of the year.

Last Day for Kimpton “Best Rates” and Double Stay Credit Sale:

Today (October 26th) is the last day for the Kimpton sale that includes their “best rates” and awards double stay credit toward their elite status program in 22 participating Kimpton cities.  This offer includes hotels such as the Hotel Monaco in Alexandria from $119, Onyx Hotel in Boston from $119, 70 park avenue in NYC from $179, and the Harbor Court Hotel in San Francisco from $$139.  I have always loved my stays at Kimpton Hotels, so if you want to stay a hotel with a little more personality, and have never checked Kimpton out, I recommend poking around their website and seeing if you find anything that might work for you.

Double Kimpton Stay CreditEnjoy the rest of the weekend!

  1. Re: IHG Into the Nights promo.

Still thinking about the net worth of it all. Platinum Ambassador here and the offer is for 7 nights to include two saturdays, two ICH stays, and one “breakfast + points package”. All to earn 32KX2 which equals 64K IHG points. I estimated total cost of at least $1300 for this mattress run for the final grand total of points 100K points, including status points and IHG credit card usage.

    So, is this worth it?

    Thank you!
