One of the hotel discount sites I have personally like the best over the last year or two has been TravelPony.  No site always has the lowest price for every hotel, but this site consistently had some pretty low prices, and you were able to utilize (and sometimes stack) new customer bonuses, referral bonuses, and additional percent off discount codes to come up with some solid hotel deals.

Travel PonyWe have used them without incident a number of times to stay at hotels like the Fairmont Vancouver Airport, The Fairmont Copley Plaza in Boston, Omni Corpus Christi, a Holiday Inn Express, etc.  In other words, there are a variety of properties available all along the spectrum that pop up on TravelPony.

They recently have started offering hotels on their site that you can’t actually book through Travel Pony, which I have mixed feelings on, but I’m still a fan of the site (and used it as recently as last week).

The reason I am talking about the site today is that for the next 8 hours or so you can use a Travel Pony discount code 25OFF250 to save $25 off a hotel reservation of $250 or more on hotels you can actually book via Travel Pony.  That can help bring their discounted prices even lower!

Travel Pony DIscount Code

If you are new to TravelPony you can save $35 off a $200 reservation (my referral link), those who refer others also earn a $25 travel credit to use toward a future reservation.  While your $25 referral credits can be used with discount codes such as 25OFF250 I don’t believe the new customer bonus stacks (though someone please correct me if I’m wrong).

You can make reservations up to 8 months into the future, so hopefully this code can save a few families some cash – just be sure to check the cancellation rules of the reservation if you aren’t 100% sure of your plans!
