Cuddliest Uber Promo Ever Available Today in Houston

Uber, the on-demand car request service that I personally think has revolutionized family travel in certain cities, also does some pretty unique promos throughout the year where their drivers deliver more than just passengers from Point A to Point B.  I’ve seen them deliver Christmas trees, flu shots, manicures, and more.  However, I’ve never seen anything as cool or cuddly as this.

In Houston today Uber is helping to raise money for the BARC Animal Shelter & Adoptions by delivering “on-demand” puppy play dates!  For $25 you can have puppies (who are available for adoption) delivered to your office for a 15 minute play date.  What better way to break up a random Tuesday in June stuck at the office?!

Uber Puppy

If you want in on this adorably cute way to break up the day, raise money for the animal shelter, and hopefully get some puppies adopted then here’s how:

  1. Open your Uber app today between 11am and 2pm.
  2. Request the “PUPPIES” option in your app. Please note: Puppies can only be delivered to offices.
  3. Once the puppies arrive, you and your colleagues will get to enjoy 15 minutes of puppy cuteness! PRO TIP: Make sure to have an enclosed space ready for puppy playtime.

*If you’re requesting puppies to your office, please make sure your boss or building is pro-puppy and that no one in the area is allergic. Also, having a dedicated room for puppy playtime is preferred.

I’m not sure if this promo is just going on in Houston today, but I know they have done it in other cities before so stay on the lookout if you live elsewhere and would love something like this since it does seem to be a reoccurring promo Uber offers from time to time!

If you are new to Uber you can use my link to sign-up and get $20 off your first ride.

  1. This afternoon there is a planned meeting in the City of St. Louis to discuss the fate of Uber. The status quo folks have shut down Uber in Kansas City and the same types around here want the similar results.

Please do your best to spay and neuter your dogs and cats.
