Amex Offers are an easy way to save money on a variety of purchases that you make with your American Express credit cards. You never know when an Amex Offer that is a perfect match for one of your upcoming purchases will appear on one (or more) of your Amex Cards, so it pays to periodically check in your online Amex account to see what is available. Since I know not everyone has it on their daily to-do list to check their Amex Offers, I also do my best to share when an offer becomes available that is likely to help at least a few of you save some money or earn extra points.

Two new Amex Offers have appeared on many accounts that can save you money or award bonus points for eligible purchases at and Hello Fresh. Read this post to learn how to check for Amex Offers if you aren’t sure. We have seen Amex Offers many times in the past, and while this isn’t the most lucrative offer to date, it can still represent a good time to stock up on some of the things that Boxed has to offer. If you aren’t familiar, Boxed is sort of like an online version of Sam’s or Costco, just with more limited selections and no fresh or refrigerated products.

By stacking coupon codes, new sign-up discounts, and the Boxed Amex Offers, I’ve personally gotten very good deals on restaurant gift cards, stamps, paper plates, paper towels, Cheerios, granola bar type snacks, Goldfish, juice boxes, and similar snacks we like to have on hand for making lunches or when the herd of neighborhood kids storms their way into our pantry. Some also like stack savings from using Drop and Swagbucks with Boxed, though I can’t speak first-hand to either of those. Do be sure to go through some sort of points or cash back portal (currently 5% cash back through eBates).

I value 2,000 Membership Reward points at a minimum of $30, so that is like paying $45 for $75 worth of Boxed items. If you can stack some other discounts on top of that, then it is probably worth pulling the trigger if you can find some things you need to stock your pantry.

Get 2,000 additional Membership Rewards points one-time by using your enrolled Card to spend a minimum of $75+ in one or more eligible transactions online at by 4/15/2018. See terms for exclusions.

There is also an Amex Offer to earn one extra Membership Rewards point per dollar on Boxed purchases, so be sure and add that one, too!

Get 1,500 additional Membership Rewards points each time you use your enrolled Card to make a single purchase of $50+ online at by 4/2/2018. Limit 3,000 Membership Rewards points. See terms for exclusions.

I’ve never used Hello Fresh, but this might be a good time to do so since I am a fan of the similar Blue Apron service.
